All our devices come with a one-year free warranty.

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving the device, we accept returns and offer a full refund.


During the warranty period, if the device experiences a fault not caused by user error, we provide a free replacement. In cases of user-induced damage, a replacement can also be provided, though shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If a fault occurs, you may send us photos or videos for assessment. Should a return to our factory be required, our professional technical team will handle the inspection and repair. To minimize downtime, if the repair requires extended time, we typically send a replacement device while the faulty one remains at the factory.


After the warranty expires, we continue to offer repair services without charging labor fees. You will only need to cover the cost of parts and return shipping, with parts costs determined based on the assessment provided by our technical department. Additionally, you may choose to purchase extended warranty coverage at any time after receiving the device.

Once you place your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. If the billing address matches the shipping address, your order is typically processed within 1–2 business days, and a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours.

 

If the billing address differs from the shipping address, we will contact you via the email you provided to confirm the shipping address. Once confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days, and a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours.

 

Please note that in the event of weekends or holidays, the tracking number may take up to 48 hours to be provided.

 

If we do not receive your confirmation within 3 business days after sending the order confirmation email, we will assume the shipping address provided in your order is correct and proceed with shipment accordingly. At that point, no changes to the shipping address can be made.

Starting from the day your Vein Finder arrives, you will have 14 days to try it out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within this period, please feel free to contact us for assistance with the return and refund process. To ensure a smooth return.

 

Please note: You must contact us before returning the product. Unauthorized returns without initiating the return and refund process will not be accepted.

 

Please make sure the product is clean and undamaged, and return it along with the original packaging and all accessories. Returns missing the original packaging may be rejected and sent back to you, which could delay or prevent the refund process.

Our products will be shipped from our global warehouses based on inventory availability. For orders within the United States, most items will be dispatched from our local U.S. warehouses. In cases of insufficient stock, items may be transferred from other warehouses.

If you purchase both a Vein Finder and a cart, they may be shipped separately due to shipping safety considerations. The two packages typically arrive within 24 hours of each other. If you receive only one package first, please wait a little longer.
