If you are dissatisfied with your vein finder purchase for any reason within 14 days of the order delivery date, you can return it to us for a refund. But you need contact us first, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The product must be unused, clean, and undamaged, and returns must include the original packaging and materials. Returns without original packaging will be rejected and returned to the sender.
When returning a non-defective product, customers will be required to pay all shipping costs, plus a restocking fee, unless:
1) Contact our customer support via E-mail: [email protected]
2) Please send us an email with a photo of the goods. We must confirm the status of the goods, and we will provide you with a return address.
3) All goods must be returned to us via express delivery, including all parts and attachments. Ship the item to the address we provide.
4) A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Hellovein for damage or missing accessories. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order.
Customers are responsible for a 15%-35% restocking fee, as well as all shipping charges. We are committed to reduce or eliminate restocking fees to the greatest extent possible. Please contact [email protected] for pre-approval and to get return address. Refunds will be credited once we have received and inspected the returned product (pre-approved returns only).
Cancellation Fee - If you cancel an order after your credit card has been charged, there is a 10% cancellation fee, due to transaction costs.
A one-year warranty is included with every Hellovein™ vein finder. Of course, you can opt for our extended warranty service with a three-year warranty period.
If your vein finder fails to function properly within the warranty period of your order, we will repair or replace it.
Not Refundable, if:
1)This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, disassembled, refitted, or repaired without our company's permission.
2)We are not liable for products that have been damaged by accidents such as fire, thunder and lightning, floods and other natural disasters, intentional damage, improper installation, or improper use.
