Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your vein finder purchase for any reason within 14 days of the order delivery date, you can return it to us for a refund. But you need contact us first, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The product may be used prior to return, but it must be clean and undamaged, and returns must include the original packaging and all accessories. Returns without the original packaging or accessories may be rejected and returned to the sender.

When returning a non-defective product, customers will be required to pay all shipping costs, plus a restocking fee, unless:

• You received the wrong product
• The product you received was damaged (e.g. during shipping)

 

Return Procedures

1) Contact our customer support via E-mail: info@hellovein.com

2) Please send us an email with a photo of the goods. We must confirm the status of the goods, and we will provide you with a return address. 

3) All goods must be returned to us via express delivery, including all parts and attachments. Ship the item to the address we provide. 

4) A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Hellovein for damage or missing accessories. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order. 

 

Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for a 15%–25% restocking fee, as well as all shipping charges. We are committed to reduce or eliminate restocking fees whenever possible based on the circumstances.

For return requests submitted after the 14-day return period, the following guidelines generally apply:

• 0–7 days after the return period: 15% restocking fee
• 8–14 days after the return period: 20% restocking fee
• 15–21 days after the return period: 25% restocking fee
• More than 21 days after the return period: Return requests are generally not accepted.

Please contact info@hellovein.com to obtain return pre-approval and the return address. Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected (pre-approved returns only).

 

Warranty Policy

A one-year warranty is included with every Hellovein™ vein finder. Of course, you can opt for our extended warranty service with a three-year warranty period.   

Defective Product:

If your vein finder fails to function properly within the warranty period of your order, we will repair or replace it. 

Not Refundable, if:

1)This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, disassembled, refitted, or repaired without our company’s permission. 

2)We are not liable for products that have been damaged by accidents such as fire, thunder and lightning, floods and other natural disasters, intentional damage, improper installation, or improper use.
