If you are dissatisfied with your vein finder purchase for any reason within 14 days of the order delivery date, you can return it to us for a refund.
The policy only applies to the vein finder and excludes any stands or accessories purchased separately.
We accept returns within the first 14 days of purchase, but customers must contact us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All orders must be returned in their original packaging and kept as new. Returns without original packaging will be rejected and returned to the sender.
When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs of shipping the product back to Hellovein.

2) Please send us an email with a photo of the goods. We must confirm the status of the goods, and we will provide you with a return address.
3) All goods must be returned to us via express delivery, including all parts and attachments. Ship the item to the address we provide.
4) A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Hellovein for damage or missing accessories. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order.
A one-year warranty is included with every Hellovein™ vein finder. Of course, you can opt for our extended warranty service with a three-year warranty period.
If your vein finder fails to function properly within the warranty period of your order, we will repair or replace it.
Not Refundable, if:
1)This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, disassembled, refitted, or repaired without our company's permission.
2)We are not liable for products that have been damaged by accidents such as fire, thunder and lightning, floods and other natural disasters, intentional damage, improper installation, or improper use.
