Tracking Information

Our courier service companies include FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number to you through your E-mail.

Our products are available for shipment worldwide, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Asia, Africa, and other regions.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping worldwide. If you live outside of the United States and require a shipping quote, don't hesitate to get in touch with Hellovein and we will provide you with a custom quote. 

Note: Countries outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other charges. It's on your charge, but we will do everything possible to assist you with the VAT issue. Please do not give up the parcel during customs clearance; we will not be responsible for the customs clearance fee if customers do not cooperate.

Caution

Any shipment within the USA that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a flat $50 fee per carton/box for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges.
